Vivo Y32 Returns With an 8000mAh Battery and Unisoc T7300 Chip
Vivo is reviving the Y32 name, and this time the headline feature is the battery. Leaked promotional material points to an 8000mAh cell, a big step up from the 5000mAh unit in the original Y32 of 2021. Vivo hasn't announced the phone yet, so everything below comes from leaks and certification listings and may change at launch.

Same name, very different phone
The Y32 that Vivo launched in China in December 2021 was a modest 4G handset. It had a Snapdragon 680 chip, a 6.51-inch HD+ LCD running at 60Hz, and a 13MP main camera with a 2MP macro lens. The new model shares little with it beyond the name.
8000mAh battery and 6-year battery health
The leaked poster presents the 8000mAh battery as the star of the show. It also reportedly promises that the battery will keep its health for six years. That is Vivo's marketing claim, and independent testing will show how it holds up in real use.
Capacity alone doesn't decide battery life. The chip, the screen and the software all affect how long the phone lasts, so wait for real-world tests before treating 8000mAh as a guaranteed two-day phone.
Unisoc T7300 chip
The Unisoc T7300 has reportedly been spotted in a Google Play Console listing for another Vivo Y-series phone, the Y500 family, alongside 8GB of RAM. Specs circulating for the refreshed Y32 also name this chip. Benchmarks and real-world testing will show how it compares with the Snapdragon 680 of the 2021 model, so any performance claim now would be a guess.
Display, camera and durability
The same promo material suggests a 1.5K Infinity AMOLED display, a Sony camera sensor, and a design built to handle temperatures up to 40°C and high humidity. If the AMOLED panel is confirmed, it would be a clear upgrade over the HD+ LCD of the earlier Y32.
Software
The Y32 is expected to run OriginOS, Vivo's software platform. Check the exact version and Android base once Vivo publishes the official specs.
Price and availability
Vivo hasn't announced a price or launch date. Both a 4G and a 5G version have reportedly passed certification with Malaysia's SIRIM, which usually means a launch isn't far off. We'll update this article when Vivo confirms pricing, including for Pakistan.
Is the new Vivo Y32 worth waiting for?
On paper, the battery is the strongest selling point. The chip is the part to watch, because a budget phone's day-to-day speed depends on it. If you mainly want long battery life at a modest price, this one is worth following. If you care about gaming or heavy multitasking, wait for benchmark results.
