Vivo X500e Certified by Bluetooth SIG, Launch Coming Soon
The Vivo X500e has appeared on the Bluetooth SIG database, a sign the phone is getting close to launch. Here is what is confirmed, what is still rumored, and what to expect next.
The Vivo X500e has appeared on the Bluetooth SIG database, which usually means a phone is getting ready for release. The listing carries the model number V2656 and confirms the phone exists. It doesn't say much else, so here is what we actually know.
Vivo X500e is now listed with the Bluetooth SIG.
Vivo X500e Appears on the Bluetooth SIG Database
Bluetooth SIG certification is something almost every phone has to clear before it ships. The X500e's entry matches model number V2656, so there is little doubt about which phone it belongs to.
The listing does not include any specifications. It only shows that the phone is moving through the regulatory steps that come before a launch.

What Does Bluetooth SIG Certification Mean?
Think of it as paperwork, not an announcement. A brand submits the phone to prove its Bluetooth hardware meets global standards, and the result becomes public.
Phones often go on sale within a few weeks to a couple of months after this step, but that is only a pattern. It doesn't tell us the release date, and Vivo hasn't shared one.
Where the X500e Fits in the X500 Series
Vivo has already launched the X500, X500 Pro and X500 Pro Max in China, and their global debut is reportedly set for October 27. The X500e is not expected to arrive at that event, so it will most likely come later. If it does launch, it would be the fourth phone in the lineup and would sit below the standard X500.

Vivo X500e Rumored Specifications
Vivo hasn't confirmed any specs yet. Based on leaks, the phone could come with:
- A 6.59-inch OLED display with 1.5K resolution
- A battery of around 7,500mAh
- A main camera plus a periscope telephoto lens
Reports disagree on the chipset. Some point to a Snapdragon 8-series processor, while others mention a Dimensity 9500. Until Vivo says otherwise, treat the processor as unconfirmed.
Vivo X500e Launch Date
There is no official launch date. The certification suggests the phone is getting closer, but it doesn't set a schedule. Vivo's own announcements will be the first reliable source.
